Anchovy Pasta |
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2 people
Ingredients:
- 2 small jar of anchovies
- 2 garlic clove crushed or chopped
- 2 small onions finely chopped
- Fresh black pepper
- 155gcan tomato paste
- 1 red chilly chopped
Preparation Method:
- Deep-fry onion, chilli and garlic in olive oil for 3 minutes until onions becomes crispy
- Add tomato paste and mix it in pan for 2 minutes
- Add drained jar of anchovies, crush them up, and mix the sauce in it. It will become a thick sauce.
- Toss them in cooked pasta
- Serve with some crusty garlic bread with green salad
