About Anchovy fish and Pizza:
The pizza has become a fast food or junk food icon of the time and is the most well liked cuisine in America within 55 years. Anchovy fish is rich in Vitamin E and K with Omega- 3, which is very good for your body. Combination of both is like Heaven on Earth. This article is going to either turn your tummy or give you the hunger for pizza. 

Anchovery pizza recipe:
Pizza with mozzarella, anchovies, chilly, capers and parsley


Ingredients
• 5 anchovy fillets
• 1 fresh red chilly, sliced
• 1 heaped teaspoon small capers
• Olive oil and 1 lemon
• 5 tablespoons tomato sauce
• 100g mozzarella
• 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh leafy parsley
• Salt to taste and freshly grounded black pepper

Preparation:
  • First, cut the anchovy fillets in half lengthways.Then take a bowl,  and add anchovy pieces along with the sliced chilly according to your taste.
  • Take a separate bowl and add capers, a few tablespoons of olive oil and the lemon to relish. Pinch over a little lemon juice as well and blend up.
  • Now, let the anchovies settle in the marinade mixture for 20 minutes. Spread the tomato sauce equally over the pizza base and evenly spread pieces of mozzarella over the top.
  • Uniformly lay over the anchovy fillets, and spread the capers and chilly. Next sprinkle few parsley and seasoning according to your taste .
  • Finally, sprinkle the leftover marinating oil and bake until it becomes crispy and golden

Tip:
Make sure you get hold of superior quality tinned anchovies for this; or else it's not worth making.
